Tuition Fee And Payment Information 2022-2023 School Year

Application Fee             ¥2,000 RMB

Payable when application is submitted and required prior to evaluation by the Admissions Committee. Valid only for the academic year for which the student is applying. This fee is non-refundable regardless of the admissions decision.


Additional Fees

These expenses are not covered by tuition fees:


    • School uniform  – Required (may be purchased on campus in the Corner Store)
    • Week Without Walls – May be required (fees vary by activity)
    • Activity, athletics, and field trip participation – May be required (fees vary by activity)
    • Lunch service – Optional
    • Daily school bus transportation – Optional

    Payment Procedures

    Payment may be made by either bank card or bank transfer. Cash payments are not accepted. Please include the student’s name with all payments.

    Tuition Assistance

    Reduced tuition is available in cases of documented financial need. Applications are available from the Finance Office (teda.finance@tedaglobal.org). Documentation justifying financial need is required. The finance review committee will review completed applications periodically and render decisions as needed and as funds remain available.


    Late Payments

    Tuition fees that remain unpaid after 30 days may result in the student being suspended from attending classes until the fees are paid. Fees that remain unpaid after 60 days may result in termination of enrollment.


    Tuition Refund Information

    The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    A Withdrawal Request Form must be submitted to Admission office.

    95% of fees may be refunded if the withdrawal request form is submitted before the start of the first school day.

    50% of tuition fees of the term and full tuition fees of term(s) left may be refunded if the withdrawal request form is submitted to admission office within the first fifteen (15) days from the start of the first school day of the term.

    No refunds will be made after the fifteenth school day of the term; tuition fees of remaining term(s) may be fully refunded.  Original Fapiao receipts must be returned to be eligible for any refund.

    Force Majeure: In the event that the School is unable to operate or perform its function at its expected level due to a natural or manmade disaster, act of war, governmental directive or mandate, or other unforeseen crisis or circumstance beyond its control, no fees will be refunded.
